From the very start of my career in sales, working under esteemed Myron Vernis at Glenmoor Country Club, my skills in exemplary customer service were finely honed.

Those skills were then taken to New York City at the world renowned Bergdorf Goodman were I worked with and assisted the most discerning clients in the world.

It was at Bergdorf Goodman that I was trained in the skill of Omotenashi, which means “to wholeheartedly look after guests." Omotenashi is “focused on always providing the best service and hospitality."
